For each subgraph that you do not want to have displayed in the Tool Values Windows, you need to uncheck the option for Display Name and Value in Chart Values Window. Refer to the information here: Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Display Name and Value in Chart Values Windows You can then save that configuration as the default for the study going forward.
