FWIW, the program is crashing now. Make sure you are not using the OpenGL Graphics option. And make sure you run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode:Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode Also the problem you are describing with positions, is confusing for us, and we do not believe there is any kind of malfunction but there is another explanation for this and there is something you are doing creating the issue.
