Oh K.. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on that. It very well might be that the access I had was while I was paying you for my SC platform. (I know for sure I was paying AMP for Rithmic - but that's here nor there) So, I've logged into my "Account Control" page with my existing AC.... SC account, and gone ahead and signed the exchange and non-professional forms. I've also secured and paid for the platform and data I want. All the lines in the account support page are green (no todo's) :) ... But, upon logging in with this account and password (both of which are still current, and working) I'm getting a "trade account not assigned" error. This begs the question - Do I have to establish a new SC account to get all this to work? I'm admitting that the Direct Account - Sierra Charts page is a bit intimidating.
