What do you want us to do about this being this is not within the scope of our support? If you think this should be the within the scope of our support, then you are most welcome to take your business elsewhere and see if you can get the help that you need. And what does IQ Feed have to do it this. You are basically doing additional calculations on their own data and this result does not compare to another program. How could we help with something like this? We would have to get your Chartbook and examine you what you are doing closely and a look at how this other program is configured to do the same calculation. It should be common sense, that we will not help with this. It is precisely these kinds of questions, unnecessarily take our time and we do not know why you would expect an answer from us on this.
