I have been unable to use SierraCharts on a consistent basis for the past several weeks on either the Transact or CQG
Data Connection Service. I have followed instructions given me to update Current Versions and when that failed, to update to the the subsequent PreRelease versions. I am now on version 2062, but the SierraChart platform is not usable and most of the time is in a frozen status with constant disconnects. I have used SierraCharts' phenomenal software for many years, but am now at my wits end as it's currently useless to me. This weekend I'm in the process of deleting older SCID files, as instructed by Transact tech support for the problem. While in the process of trouble shooting the problems, I've initiated 5 days of Emergency Access. Can you please provide me assistance if my efforts over the weekend do not solve the problem. SierraCharts is one of my favorite trading softwares and I want to be able to continue using it's great features. Thank you very much!
