Hi,

I'm attempting to connect to the live trading server and am receiving a connection error (username or password is incorrect). I'm able to connect to SC Data - All Services, which I've been doing to trade the SIM, and so I am only receiving this connection error when trying to connect to SC Futures Order Routing/Data. When I check my Authorized Trading Accounts, the account is listed there. This was set up on Dec. 16, 2019 according to the support ticket that was created when the authorized trading account was updated. Can you please help me resolve this connection issue?
