I have a .png image that I sent time ago to infinity / transaction support. I'll try to explain this problem and attach the image in this message. The problem was very visible in version 2056 and previous. During 9:30 am New York time, (but even at 8:30) when the volumes increase, the time frame bars no longer follow the price, when the next bar should form at 1 min or 5 min, it does not form, so in order to see how the price changes is moved, and to see the bar, I have to delete and download the data. What you see are fragmented bars. I must say that the 2058 version has improved the situation. In 3 days, I had this kind of problem yesterday at 10:00 am new york, during the volatility of the fed rate cut, the rest of the time was ok, no disconnections or other issues. |
