Check to make sure that the Tick Size you are using for the symbol is what you want and it not set larger than you expected. Refer to the information here: Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) Next check the Volume at Price Multiplier and make sure this is set to 1. Refer to the information here: Chart Settings: Volume at Price Multiplier for Historical/Intraday Chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Volume at Price menu) Also, make sure that you are storing your data in tick increments.
