We are always responsive to you. We did contact Transact on your behalf and we understand that you can now connect Sierra Chart to your Transact account to authorize the CME data. We did do a manual authorization which expired this evening but we have authorized data again until the end of the month. We are going to contact you tomorrow to help you get Sierra Chart connected to Transact. Hopefully that will work . If not we are going to insist that if you want to continue you Sierra Chart that you leave Transact because we cannot put up with this kind of trouble any longer. But we are going to trust that they the connection issue resolved. We also did receive your email but we will just be responding here.
