So virtually I have to pay more to be able to pay more... Just to be able to pay the professional fees twice (3 times, etc), I need to pay additional Sierra License + additional for the Symbol Limit... Btw, I am already paying for an additional SierraChart account on top of what I have... If you think this is acceptable answer to the situation than I am forced to follow that, but in the meantime I have to make steps to leave Sierra that will create further headache. Hopefully the 30 days period will be enough for that (I do not think so). As I indicated above and in a Skype chat with one of your account representatives, this is not about the amount to pay, but how you deal with the entire situation. A minimum in a situation like this, would be to try to help the affected users and not to force them to pay more. But probably this is just me and I am too naive.
