Let us know when that is done we will call look at this with remote assistance.

The first thing we want you to do though is run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode and do not open any existing Chartbook's:

Also uncheck the Open Files on Startup option on the Login window.

Do not use any existing Chartbook or custom studies. The only logical explanation is this would be related to an improperly functioning custom study.
