Yes, you are the Engineers. I am not, which is why I wanted clarification. The first sentence in the response was to the point. Regarding whether it was reasonable to assume that the DOM and charts use the same data feed, I don't think is out of line. Yes, Support has stated before they consider TransAct an inferior feed, but you can imagine the different prospective I get from them. Don't take the asking for supervisors as an afront, bc as I said, I got short curse answers and the problems were not consistent enough to become a problem. Now they are.

Does changing to the Denali feed for the charts create any problems with the DOM of Transact? I do not want to change my brokerage account right now. But not knowing the nuances, I assume that I can expect possible different prices between the two since they are coming from two different feeds. Assuming you cant speak to their possible reliance/speed, would this be minimal? I say this bc as mentioned, the DOM seems fast enough, so if the Denali feed keeps my charts up to speed, I would assume this wouldn't be a problem. Does this sound reasonable or is there something else that could be a problem, since I assume we are just talking about the efficiency of Sierra Charts.
Thank You.
