I am confused by your billing pages and wished it was much more intuitive... For some reason I am now setup for CME and CBOT real time data but I only want CBOT and I am not sure how to correct that. I want to deactivate the CME subscription and figure out what I owe. Twice in the last 2 days it has come back and said I owe more money and both times I paid but I am not sure how to stop this cycle and figure out what I have paid for going forward . Please help I found out how to deactivate the CME data and I paid what I think is the last amount owing and yet my Sierra Chart will still not connect to data and says Denali Data needs to be reactivated.. |
