The problem is most likely what is described here: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.40 - Dialog Windows Do Not Display When you see this condition press the Escape key. Does that get out of the "hang" condition? This is a bug on the Microsoft side. It is a problem with Microsoft trash dialog windows. They are garbage. We are working to replace those in the coming months. But we have a workaround and we will implement this in the next release for the affected dialog.
