I noticed in new version some work on GUI. Not knowing a lot about that, but seeing it has to do with display, I wonder if this is my problem. 2 charts: 1-min bars, and 1-tick Range bars. Obviously the 1 tick range chart is calculation intense. The market has been crazy the last two days in volatility, so I wonder if its that GUI, or my Charts, that lag at one point at the opening 2 minutes behind my DOM (TransAct).(So in other words TransAct getting info to me fast, at least to DOM) Sierra in whole is sluggish. My CPU is consistently at 17% (Quad core, SSD) Memory at 23%. Intel HD Graphics 46 @1%, So no problems there. My Update interval is set to 900 Global, and both charts are set to 0 (Global). Should my 1-Tick Range chart be set to a lower number update interval? Is this bc of the GUI that was worked on in latest version? Also, Can I assume that since I have 7 other charts, but all are set to a future date as to not be "activated" while looking at the two charts mentioned, that these do not effect performance if set this way?
