You are using an externally provided data feed that is not from Sierra Chart and that is where the problem is.

The recommended solution is as follows:

Update Sierra Chart to the latest version following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

Enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Disable Market Data Connection.

Follow the instructions to activate and pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed including the relevant exchanges:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

You will not have the described problem with the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Now we have heard from Transact about the issue and they have given us some things to work on which will reduce bandwidth for the feed which they say will help. So those are going to be released over the next week. we will have one release out, we think today or tomorrow with one improvement. But still the Denali data feed is going to deliver the very best consistent performance. And be trouble-free.
