For some reason you had the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active, but no exchanges selected to actually get real-time data. We have deactivated that feed for you. We have then gone ahead and activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed for you with the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange. Please ensure that you have the option for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds" enabled on the Data/Trade Service Settings page and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. After that you should be getting your CME exchange data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
