We have fixed the problem. Can you tell us what kind of mouse wheel you are using? We want to know the model of the mouse/pointing device. Based upon the solution, this does appear to be a problem at the operating system level or within MFC. Sierra Chart was not doing anything wrong but we made a completely trivial change that fixed it.
