After more troubleshooting im able to determine the specific behavior. It seems like after a chart has finished processing (run through its studies and whatever else might be happening), floating toolbars are moved back to its last known, user moved by mouse, position. I'm assuming its being moved and there arn't multiple control bars being managed / created / destroyed. When i click on a different chart, the control bar is again moved back to is last user location . Can you confirm Sierra Chart is causing the behavior? And is there a way to disable this behavior? edit: this is happening for the active chart only. So i click on a chart, it is now active.
