This cannot be technically correct. As the comparison is the last trade price greater than or equal for buy orders and less than or equal to for sell orders. Make sure this setting is set to 5000: Data/Trade Service Settings: Number of Stored Time and Sales Records (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) And make sure the Price Display Format in the chart has not been changed from the default: Chart Settings: Price Display Format (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) And no one else has reported a problem like this.
