We answered the question in the absolute best possible way. This is 100% fact. You just do not see it at this point in time. You need to realize you are dealing with engineers who are so monumentally experienced, we know how to deal with these issues. Furthermore, why would we take our time for someone running an older version for an issue which is already been resolved. This makes no sense at all. It is a detriment to absolutely everyone to be doing this because it is wasting everyone's time and taking away our time from development. If you are no longer having the problem and you are not using custom studies then it is resolved. If you still have a problem, then we will ask the next appropriate questions. If you are no longer having the issue and you are using custom studies, then the next step is to not use Safe Mode and then if you have a problem the problem is with the custom studies and then you need to contact the developer about those.
