Can you have someone contact me about this, I dont think we are on the same understanding. When i chose and purchased my data package from sierra charts i was asked if i wanted to use the order routing service or not which there was a $5 difference for either option, I specifically remember setting it up via no order routing service as I do not need it and have no use to set it up because i trade through TD ameritrade, I dont see why I would be asked to determine between the two if your saying this is necessary to meet the CME requirements. Long story short I do not want to run into an issue like I did where accidentally an order was placed and I have to worry about it potentially being a live trade or not, before you had said it was not a live trade so to me that seems that I do not have the order routing service set up but your saying i do, Im not sure where the disconnect is as far as what im trying to explain but I know that when i signed up i was asked to get the service or not and i chose not to and i want to keep it that way |
