I did not sign up for order routing service when I purchased my data package so I dont know why I got that email but I just want to clarify that I did not purchase that method and do not wish to get that set up In regards to this, you are using this service:Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service If you do not want to use this service, you need to contact your broker about that. Another reason for the email is I clicked on my DOM to drag it to another part of the screen and it acted as if I put in an order to buy and seems it was accepted because I had to click the sell column for my position to clear out so I want to figure out if that was a simulator or an actual trade as Im not aware of a simulator but I know I did not sign up and purchase the order routing service method you must have clicked in the buyer sell column when you did this. The order would have been live if Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On was enabled.
