I received an email the other day explaining my account balance was too low for order routing service and I needed to add more funds if I wanted to continue to use that method. I did not sign up for order routing service when I purchased my data package so I dont know why I got that email but I just want to clarify that I did not purchase that method and do not wish to get that set up Another reason for the email is I clicked on my DOM to drag it to another part of the screen and it acted as if I put in an order to buy and seems it was accepted because I had to click the sell column for my position to clear out so I want to figure out if that was a simulator or an actual trade as Im not aware of a simulator but I know I did not sign up and purchase the order routing service method |
