I have completed all my payments and agreements, but I still cannot log in to my platform (sierra chart), no data feed registered? Can you please help me with what else I should do. furthermore i cannot register with rtrader to see my account balance. Registration is only possible with a valid data feed, but I have registered and paid for it. I would also need your help here. Thank you very much. best regards |
