First we have discontinued technical support for Rithmic. Why do you use Rithmic? Is it for simulated trading? If you are doing live trading we recommend this service instead of Rithmic: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service And running Sierra Chart on Wine is inherently unreliable. We cannot help with that. So you are facing here two serious issues. You are using Rithmic which is discontinued, and you are using an unreliable environment to run Sierra Chart on.
