I realize that TD Ameritrade was removed from the available options, and now I do not have real time data, yet am being charged as if I were. I plan on connecting a new data provider, but is there any way to get around creating an entirely new account on one of those providers? I had an account with TD Ameritrade as stated, and it will be a big inconvenience if I am forced to create an entirely new account somewhere for the sole purpose of connecting it to Sierra, so that I may get real time data again (although it still says that the Denali Exchange data and my previous package is activated on my account). Additionally- I use Tradovate and was wondering if I would be able to connect through them, if possible. Thanks |
