I am getting the orange box error stating "symbol is unknown" and no current data( bids/ offers) are showing within the DOM or charts. I have verified: 1. my account payments are up-to-date 2. the trade/ data services info is correct and the box is green 3. the symbols are correct (The symbols I'm using are: F.US.EPH20, F.US.YMH20, F.US.GCEJ20) What is the next item I need to check, verify or change? Thank you. |
