Hi, I am having a problem after I downloaded a multiple copies of sierra chats on my computer using the set up recommended on your web site. I have created separate folder for each copy as recommend. I only have one brokerage account with AMP future, and I am using CQG WebAPI. I ran into a service connection error as follows: “connection error message from service CQG WebAPI Received logged off message. Reason: Your session was closed due to a concurrent session” I am not quite sure what I did wrong here? I thought I can run multiple copies or instance of sierra chats on my computer. I have six screens monitors, and my Chartbook was large. I was getting frozen out and not responding message. I had to rebuilt it twice. When I investigated the problem, I saw that you guy recommends running different copies or instance of sierra charts. Can you please help? Do I need to contact AMP? So far, I have created 4 copies of Sierra Charts on my computer. Thank you, Aly |
