I have started a trial account with Sierra charts. I have a funded account with IB and subscribe to real time data to trade ES and CL. I have been trading these instruments for some time now. I am having a difficulty and unable to connect the IB data feed even after going through entire step by step instruction in the post as below, and including my live IB account details in the 'data connections' window. https://www.sierrachart.com/index.phppage=doc/InteractiveBrokers.php#SetupInstructions The message window states 'Connect to data feed: current service package does not support this function' Pls assist in connecting the IB data feed to Sierra trial account. With Sierra charts, I intend to get the footprint charts/numbers bars and market depth. Pls advise the IB real time data will be sufficient for this purpose. IF NOT, what are the most cost effective option for a real time data feed, but still keeping IB as the broker? |
