Hello, I currently have the Denali pkg w/Amp Clearing. I'm trying to create a footprint chart w heatmap from the Tradepro Academy website. I'm getting a message that my current pkg doesn't support my request. ?? Also, it seems I've been over paying you for a while. A support person told me I was being billed twice for the same service, once through Amp and again through you. Any chance of a credit or reimbursment ? Please respond when you can.
