Hi, I have begun using you for trading platform the past few days. My earlier issue of it showing overnight trades that are open the next day is solved by using CMEDirect for my option hedges. I digress...I am writing because just now I had to shut down and restart SC. I have to do this occasionally as the regression charts I have gotten from a friend 'freeze' and don't update. Yes, I have tried hit the 'reload data' selection, it does no good. It's not the end of the world but it is annoying. I think it's when I have a lot of chartbooks open all from different people that the system goes to overload. But that's not why I am writing. I am writing because all the trades I did this morning are now gone from my 'trade orders' window!!! Why? The p/l is correct on the DOM(reflecting the morning's work), but for me to actually see the buys and sells from pre shutdown is not! How do I see all my trades for the day if I have to log off as I do to get my charts working again? KK |
