Dear SC Team 01/20/2020: I bought the depth of market for the nymex and the broker sees the order of my transaction. Since Monday the charts are standing still and the price isn't moving any more. Software Login or Data Feed Connection Problem => I tried this description for solving the problem but it doesn't work for me.
