Sorry, but I don't understand. Let's see: The issue is that Sierra Chart uses the Gain Capital FIX/FAST data feed. The Gain Capital software does not use this data feed. And there is no other program to our knowledge that uses this data feed. I understand that Sierra Chart uses Gain Capital FIX/FAST data feed. And you don't know any other program that uses it. I can assure you that, with the same username/password I use for connecting to Gain Capital Data Feed in Sierra, I can connect to Jigsaw Daytradr software. And in this software, with same data feed, same user and same password, I don't have any problem at all. So: If Sierra Chart uses Gain Capital FIX/FAST data feed, and no other sofware uses it, why don't Sierra stops using FIX/FAST data feed, and instead use the same Gain Capital data feed other programs use? I talk from a complete unknowledge. I just try to understand it. |
