We see you are using Zen-fire. At least that was the last service you were using. However, Sierra Chart has lost compatibility with Zen-Fire due to the changes made by Zen-Fire on their backend. So in order to get the data feed, it is necessary to get a successful connection to a supported trading service. In the agreement you say the broker is Interactive Brokers. Do you have a live trading account with Interactive Brokers? If so, we can approve this. If we cannot get this sorted out for you, we can issue you a refund for the data feed.
