Hi, The Force Logon did not help. I checked my password and it ended with a \ (backslash) I decided to change my password (no backslashes in the password) and I can now access SD Historical Daily charts :) There are no longer the "Response: ERROR: Invalid Sierra Chart Account and/or Password" errors in the log And the ability of Sierra Chart to remember my password and login itself now works (Previously I had to paste the password myself after it failed to login with remember password) I could login to the website, purchase and post messages fine ( no problem with the old password on the website) I'm happy with this outcome, please close off this issue Regards Chris |
