You are running an older unsupported version of Sierra Chart. This kind of problem when using CTS T4 has been resolved in our latest version which supports a FIX connection. There were problems with FIX in the past but these issues have gradually been resolved and further improvements are being made now by CTS. Therefore, please update to the latest version by selecting Help >> Download Current Version .
