I had the same issue when I updated to the new release, Version 2028 64 bit. Sierra Chart was showing a 'Not Responding' error every couple of seconds. The Charts would reload continuously every couple of seconds. This is the way I resolved this. I closed all my Chartbooks. Then I reopened my Chartbooks one by one until I found the Chartbook which was reloading every few seconds. Save this Chartbook using a different name to back it up. Then I removed the Charts one by one from this Chartbook until I found the Chart that was reloading every few seconds. In my case, it was a Market Profile Chart. After I removed this one chart, the issue was fixed. You can reopen your Backup Chartbook now and remove this one chart to fix the issue and then overwrite your original Chartbook. |
