We are no longer supporting Rithmic and that is all we can say. Also, you can develop your own interface between Sierra Chart and Excel by using ACSIL or the DTC protocol server: Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language (ACSIL) Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server And it is up to Rithmic to create proper compatibility between Rithmic and Sierra Chart by using the DTC Protocol. The problems with the existing interface is because they provided a problematic API in the past and we are certainly not going to be burdened with the new solution they have. They need to solve this.
