I'm on the Denali data feed with billing via AMP. Today I found my feed was set to delayed data with trading disabled. I have seen others complaining today with the same issue. My Sierra account shows the Denali feed de-activated due to insufficient funds. I have contacted both Sierra and AMP (around 2 hours ago) to make them aware and re-activate my feed. I have not received a response from either as yet so today is most likely a complete write off. AMP is responsible for paying these funds but Sierra and AMP are together responsible for having a system in which their customers are able to make use of the services they are paying for. Sierra: what's going wrong? Why am I getting locked out of a days work for a 20 buck bill? Are AMP a credit risk for you? I only half jest! Others: is this typical of the Sierra and AMP relationship? I've not been with AMP long and if this is normal I'll take my money elsewhere. |
