No because the costs are too high if you referring to charting CME group futures. Did you want real-time futures data? We recommend opening an account with the broker AMP for $100 to meet CME group requirements. If you are referring to trading US equities, then the answer is yes you can do this without a trading account. But not with futures unless you are willing to pay more for the data.
