You can see all of the symbols subscribed to in the Window >> Message Log. Check in that log. Secondly, today around midday (UK time) i found the SC instance in question in a blocked state in terms of receiving any data from the SC data feed. It resumed receiving data AFTER i disconnected and re-connected the SC instance manually / explicitly If you have a problem again, we need to understand this better. We would need to see the Message Log at the time. It does not really make sense that when connected the data would just stop. Unless we see the Message Log we do not know what the problem was. Unless Barchart made some authorization change and perhaps when you reconnected you are using a different account that had different authorizations. That would be the best explanation.
