This is not resolvable by us. You are working with an external trading service in this case Transact. Sierra Chart has very reliable trading functionality but we do not control external services like Transact. Sierra Chart is properly integrated to the Transact websocket API for trading and has been well tested. But that does not mean there cannot be external issues which occur at a later time. This does not surprise us at all. We have had similar reports. We have set you up a trading account on this service here: Simulated Futures Trading Service Follow through the instructions on that page to use it.You will want to use the Service labeled : "Trading Evaluator - Delayed [trading]" Verifying that you do not have the same problems with this service is important for us, it is part of the test.
