2. No, you do not have this quite correct. At each chart update it will update the Volume by Price profile, so you are always seeing the most recent 30 minutes of data. In other words, it is constantly updating. This is what I expected, but definitely not what I observe. If it was constantly updating, the numbers would constantly vary by subtracting from 30 mn profile trades older than 30 minutes. I'm sure this doesn't happen and the profile doesn't change except for the ongoing trades and the profile is redrawn precisely each 30 minutes. Is this behavior setting dependant? Is there a way to prevent profile redrawn every 30 minutes? It might not be a problem to have it the way it is, but I need to know what's possible and not. Please clarify.
