Yes it is normal. Our best determination at this point is that there is a data error in one of the depth files from another prior day causing an extended effect with subsequent calculations. Can you go through the same procedure by exiting from Sierra Chart, and renaming depth files for prior days for that symbol until the problem is resolved. Actually there is an easier way. Limit the depth loading through Chart >> Chart Settings >>Market Depth . This is a small box near the top left of the chart settings window.
