Exit from Sierra Chart. Go to your \Data\MarketDepthData folder. Locate the market depth data file for that symbol for today's date. Rename it with a .backup file extension. Run Sierra Chart again and let us know if that resolves the problem. If so we need to get that file from you in a compressed format and we will look at it.
