Ok, I do not know why the Message Log is showing that Sierra Chart is in Free Usage Mode, when you have an active paid account. But, let's concentrate on getting you updated. What happens when you try to update Sierra Chart?

After you try the upgrade, can you please select the button to send the log to support (in the upper right of the install window). We will go forward from there.
