Possibly you inadvertently altered the symbol settings. We want user set settings to be disabled. They are currently enabled:
Custom symbol settings values: enabled | 2019-12-05 08:27:05.209

Select Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Uncheck Use Custom Symbol Settings Values. Once that is done, try the historical data downloads again.
