We recently switched to the Denali Market Data with TT Order routing. We have since had a small issue. When exporting Intraday Data to Text file the data is always exported in UTC time. I've specified in "Data/Trade Service Settings" that my selected Time Zone is "New York(-5EST/-4EDT)" but the data is still downloaded in UTC. We didn't have this issue with our previous data service through you guys. Am I missing where I should specify this? I've searched everywhere and have found no answer. Your help is much appreciated. |
