I regularly trade the Hang Seng index futures through IB, and when placing orders during this market's 'extended session', it requires enabling IB's "Fill Outside RTH" flag, otherwise the order is held until the open of the following session. My question is: does the SC Order Routing Service have a built-in operator to handle this automatically, or does the user need to specify/enable this operator somehow? For reference per HKFE's site, HSI fut hours are "9:15 am - 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm & 5:15 pm - 3:00 am" (in their local time of course) IIRC, the outside-RTH flag must be used from 16:30 HKT onward (03:30 EST).
